Each associate at United Citadel has extensive knowledge, as well as proven backgrounds in the private security industry, military operations, and local & state law enforcement. These associates have a plethora of knowledge and experience in assignments ranging from executive protection to some of the world’s most at-risk individuals, to corporate and estate security, and secure transportation & travel security.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in the fields of Executive Protection, Emergency Response Team, Personal Security Detail, or Risk and Security Team.

  • Hold a valid Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) permit or permit to carry a concealed weapon.

  • FL, GA, NC, CA (BSIS), TN, NY, NJ, Guard Card & Firearms Card. (Required for your state of residence)

  • Willing to undergo random drug screenings.

  • Physically fit and ready to respond to any attack or hazard at all times.

  • An individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, who has a professional and friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to excellence. Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred.

  • Prior military or law enforcement experience in providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, and secure transportation is a plus.

  • Trained in incident response, CPR/AED Cert and emergency medicine, etc. is a plus.

KEY DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ensure the safety and security of the client, their family, and personal property at the residence.

  • Adhere to the client’s core values and ethical standards in all actions.

  • Make informed, real-time decisions to enhance safety for the client and their family.

  • Manage security logs, visitor information, vehicle inspections, and communication systems.

  • Monitor and maintain the residential intrusion detection, panic alarms, and CCTV camera systems.

  • Implement access control measures for visitors, employees, and vendors.

  • Maintain effective communication with the client, the family, and team members.

  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.

  • Foster positive relationships with the client and Detail Leader to effectively address operational issues.

  • Report any suspicious activity and security weaknesses.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
